Tests Show Flaxseeds Can Reduce Tumor Growth In Breast Cancer Patients

A Recent double-blind study showed that incorporating flaxseeds into the diet reduced tumor growth in breast cancer patients. This was a placebo-controlled trial. Flaxseeds contain lignan phytonutrients and could play a major role in the prevention. Dr. Greger explains the research results in a short video below.
