This is one of my favorite smoothies. This is a tasty way to get some of your greens in along with some great fruit.
Kale, Strawberry, Banana Smoothie
Recipe type: Smoothie
- 2 leaves kale
- 3 whole bananas peeled
- 1-1/2 cups strawberries I leave the greens on
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 2 cups coconut milk
- water fill to the two liter mark
- Toss all ingredients into your blender and let it go until your desired consistency. Depending on your blender it may take a minute or more.
