One of the fastest ways to get nutrients into your body is through juice. Having done a 21 day juice fast I sampled wonderful tasting juices and choked down some horrible tasting juices. I wanted to share with you 5 juices that your tongue will be delighted about.

Ingredients
  • 2 Cucumbers
  • 2 Heads of Celery
  • 1 Handful Pea Shoots
  • 1 Large Green Apple
  • 1 Lemon (remove rind)
  • 1 Bunch of Kale

Instructions
  1. Juice all ingredients and enjoy!

This spicy mix comes from the talented, Casey Lorraine

Ingredients
  • 2 zucchini
  • 6 stalks of kale
  • 1 head of cos/romaine lettuce
  • 1 handful of parsley
  • 3 limes
  • 1 small piece of ginger
  • ⅛ teaspoon (or more) of cayenne pepper
  • 1 squirt of liquid stevia.
    You could use 2 green apples instead of stevia if you like but if you have a yeast/candida/bacterial overgrowth (most people!) then stevia is by far the best option.

Instructions
  1. Juice all ingredients and enjoy!
