Energy Is Key

By: Ken|August 2, 2012|Posted in: Productivity

We are reminded

every moment that we are an amazing source (conduit) of energy. Whether you know much about quantum physics or not, everything is in motion and vibrating at different frequencies. Interacting, blending, colliding and seeking other energies are as vital to each of us as breathing and eating. The time for change is now, always has been and always will be.

Flowing-Energy

Time to get real! and recognize “The Trap”

So many people around us are creating a state of inertia and have forgotten that everything is in motion and it has become more important now to raise the energy up than ever before if they are to stay healthy. The bombardment through commercially processed food-like products and advertising hypnosis is making it difficult for many to stay focused. The Companies who make this non-living energy they call food (fast food) have very carefully engineered it to be highly addictive. They do not care at all about your health, they only care about the money (profit) they achieve each quarter and how it looks to the share holders. Most people are not at all aware of  ”The Trap”. When you recognize “The Trap” you can stop falling for it and move on.

A great movie to watch if you haven’t seen it is “Hungry For Change”.

Unleash more energy, consciously

Raw Organic Food has unique energy fields flowing around and through it. It is this vibrational energy that really feeds us. Yes we need the vitamins, minerals, enzymes and nutrition to feed our physical and mental body, but they too are made up of pure energy and create fields. When food is energized by the sun, water, soil and air, the vibration flourishes and becomes a powerhouse of raw energy. Our human body is complex to say the least and must rely upon these other energies to nourish and allow it to thrive and function in a balanced state of health. Plants are proven to be the most potent energies for a health change and can have a positive long term effect in the healing of all cells and organs.

Cleanse the toxic sludge from the body. Engage a program that works for you to detoxify your body and it’s systems. Whether it’s a juice fast, or raw food cleanse.

Excite your mind and cells. Laugh, sing, converse, meditate, hug, kiss and feel the joy and positive energies in your daily life. Having fun is one of the most powerful ways to stay healthy and alive. Find a Meetup or group to join where you can interact with like minded people.

Get your lymph moving. Move, move, move! Dance, Walk, Run, Bike, Skate, Jog, Swim. Get a daily dose of Aerobic and Resistance movement.
