You can do a lot in 30 days. Here is our challenge to you. Try to pick one thing to do every 30 days. Try going vegan, cutting out processed foods, meditation, learn a language, run/walk every day, or anything you think of. When you make something a priority, you can make big changes in your life.
What is it that you want to do? My next 30 day challenge is to do yoga every day. I’ve been slowly getting into it but now I want to learn more techniques and push myself farther. The next 30 days are going to pass no matter what. You might as well learn a new skill while it is passing.
