It can be very comforting to dive into a large plate of spaghetti or alfredo. Pasta dishes were a big staple for me growing up and even more when I was running long distance. Now that I don’t eat processed pasta dishes (those that aren’t processed by me), I had to find an alternative.
Zucchini Pasta Noodles
For those that haven’t tried raw zucchini noodles, I encourage you to give them a try. For those that have had them before, you know how easy it is to use them and how tasty they can be. Raw food chef Jennifer Cornbleet demonstrates just how quick and easy it is to create a raw “pasta” dish that looks, tastes and feels like the real thing. The best part about it is how healthy it is. Imagine getting a couple servings of vegetables in your pasta dish with very little effort. Awesome!
