Organics Are Orgasmic

By: Ken|March 21, 2012|Posted in: Nutrition

Organic fruits and vegetables are sexy, healthy and they stimulate more than your brain. It’s a fact that a healthy, clean, organic diet not only sparks up your sex-life but your self esteem, confidence, natural weight loss and energy levels. Some say that paying more money for organics is worth the price now instead of later in a doctor’s office.

The Choice

Choosing organically grown produce is not just healthy it’s critical for good health. If you or someone you know thinks that eating non-organic is in any way good for you, it’s time to wake up and learn the facts and truth about the poisons that are in and all over most of our food. Hopefully you will think twice the next time you shop at a supermarket with regard to what the healthiest choice is for your body. A great movie to watch is Hungry for Change because it gives it to us straight and from some of the most respected and revered doctors, scientist and nutritional experts around.

Support Is Needed

Only about 10% of all the farms in the world are organic. We all need to support our organic farmers and get involved in the sustainable practices of growing healthy organics. Here is a resource to locate a local organic farm or market near you. Whether you are growing your own veggies and fruits or buying them from your local farm or farmer’s market is a testament to the fact that you’re intentions are helping the world get healthier on many levels. Kale U. grows its own organic Macademia nuts, apples, tangelos, oranges, limes, lemons, grapefruits, red and green grapes, blueberries, raspberries, bananas, herbs, kale, arugula, spinach, lettuces, tomatoes and future plans for much more.
