It wasn’t until recently that it really made sense. I have been meditating and quieting my outside so that my inside can make sense of things. It has been very beneficial. One of the nicest side effects of meditation is that you can step back from situations that previously caused stress or anxiety.

I am a big fan of Eckhart Tolle because of his mindful and playful presence. It’s hard not to chuckle when he laughs too.
Eckhart talks about how more thought on a situation can actually make it harder to deal with by adding more confusion. Perhaps a better solution is to remove thought from that stress or problem.
