The idea of surrounding yourself with positive people isn’t new, but do we do it? It’s worth taking a look around our daily lives without emotion to see what is truly benefiting our existence and what might be causing stress. This goes beyond just the people that we surround ourselves with but I believe if we start with the people, the rest will fall into place.
Take a look around your own life. Are you surrounded by people who support you wholeheartedly? Do the people around you help you stay creative and positive? If so, you are doing great! If not, don’t worry. Just a few tweaks in who you hang out with and which events/meetups you go to and you will be singing like a Disney character.
