At Kale U, we love to hug each other and everyone. White, black, gay, straight, it really makes no difference to us… why would we all not love each other? These sweet children seem to agree. Kids are smarter than we think and they soak up every bit of what we teach them, along with what they are exposed to in the media. Let’s raise a generation of kids that love unconditionally. Looks like we’re off to a good start!
As in good literature and cinema, so it is in life- no one is all good or all bad- no one company, contrary to what people are saying, is “the devil” or anything of the sort. We are all people trying to do what we think is best for ourselves and our families, no matter how deluded or misguided. We need to cultivate love on a level that lets us forgive those who seem to trespass against us and the planet and take responsibility for the work that’s necessary to build the type of world in which we want to live and love. Fighting fire with fire might burn the whole world down. Whether we aim to enact change with regards to racism or environmental danger, rather than fan the flames, we can choose to cool our jets and utilize the healing power of love to transform the issues we face.
