Kale University participated in the March Against Monsanto rally in Balboa Park, San Diego on Saturday May 25th 2013 in an effort to support the public in their right to know what is in our food. Bees are dying at an alarming rate and much of it is traced back to the use of deadly pesticides.
To find out more about GMO Foods and why it’s so important to only buy non-gmo products go to: http://www.nongmoproject.org/
on the public’s health must stop immediately.
The world is waking up to who is at the forefront of this assault on our personal rights. Organic, non-gmo foods are the only products that should be sold, Period.
I encourage everyone to write to their representatives and demand that this madness stop. Also getting involved and educating others is a great way to get the movement moving faster. Here is a link to more information about GMOs: http://kaleuniversity.org/5011-label-gmo-foods-infographic/
San Diego had around 1000 people it seemed marching from Balboa Park to the Little Italy Farmer’s Market today and it was a peaceful yet energized crowd.
We at Kale U. were proud to be a part of it!
