Label GMO Foods Infographic

By: Joel Turner|February 17, 2012|Posted in: Nutrition

The Reason for Labeling

With the labeling of genetically modified foods we can be sure that we are getting the food that we want. It will help to educate and inform those that don’t know the difference or even know that there is a difference. Since we already have to label organic foods we might as well label GMO foods as well. The major concern by Monsanto and others about labeling these foods is that the food sales will go down like they did in Europe when they were introduced. This may be a great way to send them a message that the people want to be healthy.

Take Action

If you’re in California please help gather signatures. More info at Organic Consumers Fund.
