We are proud to share Dr Greger with those who are not aware of him yet. His contribution to our health with his insights and facts on food, diseases and how to reverse illnesses is greatly appreciated and has become a big part of Kale University.
One of the most comprehensive sites on the web for learning about nutritional facts with videos, articles and blogs. Dr. Michael Greger is a vegan and an outspoken advocate of a whole food plant-based diet. The research and factual information he has compiled on nutrition is invaluable. He posts every day and so the library of information is ever-growing.
After engaging in his site Nutritional Facts dot Org, I payed even more attention to the labeling on the packaged foods. I have shifted to more fresh and significantly less packaged processed food. The only packaged foods we eat in our family now is usually raw kale chips or dehydrated fruits or raw bars and that’s usually when we are on the road since at home we make our own now.
