If you’re not versed in the importance of the lymph system, never fear. You can avoid a lifetime’s worth of pains by taking a few hours to take notes on Dr. Robert Morse’s videos! I’m so thankful he gives these lectures for free; I especially love the ones where he gets down to earth and reads and answers emails from his many followers. Dr. Morse explains that health, and “disease” are so much simpler than we have been lead to believe. The series “The Great Lymphatic System” and “Cancer: The Raw Truth” (though they do have quite a bit of overlap because they have a lot to do with each other) are both not to be missed.
Now that I fully understand how important it is to be moving the lymph and cleansing on an ongoing basis, I’ve recommitted to treating my body to even more juices, more citrus, berries and melons, more regular, fun exercise (thanks, Songza) and much more deep breathing and laughter. Thank you, Dr. Morse, for sharing this life-saving information in a way that doesn’t mince words, and doesn’t talk down to us.
A big Kale U hug to you brother! Love, Suzanne
