Here is an incredibly inspirational post full of graphic quotes on a blog I’ve been enjoying lately- Making Things Happen. I’ve been getting really into positive thinking, The Law of Attraction, The Secret + The Power and all the self-hypnosis and visualization I can handle lately. It’s freaking me out how amazing it is, how many of my affirmations are becoming real in such a short amount of time. I’m also an inspiration addict and so I love finding quotes that are truly inspiring and motivating- not all cheesy and mushy. Combined with great graphics, these gems from Making Things Happen are keepers. Do you guys have any favorite tips or tricks, books or techniques to share with us about squashing negative thoughts and achieving your dream potential? Comments welcome!
I especially love this one from Jillian Michaels- I’m a big fan. I’ve been using her 30 Day Shred video with my new summer morning workout buddy (hi K!) and read my affirmations on the walk home. We two are so proud of ourselves for getting up before work just to let Jillian kick our butts! I am not a morning person and she is not a workout person (could have fooled me!) so this is a big step for our comfort zones in general, not to mention pushing ourselves physically. I’ve been wanting to conquer my snoozing habit and move it to a morning exercise habit, but it really does help to have the accountability of meeting a friend at the gym or for a walk.

“Be more concerned with your character than your reputation, because your character is what you really are, while your reputation is merely what others think you are.”
— John Wooden
John Wooden has a ton of great quotes that speak to the heart of character.
Yes I like that! I’ll be sure to look him up!
