I believe it was Albert Einstein who said that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results. I definitely have to remind myself that every day is a new chance, an opportunity to keep trying something new and different until I get the results I want, rather than banging my head into the wall harder refusing to change. Those last five pounds, and getting really lean is the last frontier for me. I almost can’t picture what my abs would look like ripped, because I’ve just never seen it. Guess I need to switch things up! What are you looking to change to get where you want to be, whether physically or otherwise?
