The Simple Path to Happiness

are you happy flowchart via typcutI believe it was Albert Einstein who said that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results. I definitely have to remind myself that every day is a new chance, an opportunity to keep trying something new and different until I get the results I want, rather than banging my head into the wall harder refusing to change.  Those last five pounds, and getting really lean is the last frontier for me. I almost can’t picture what my abs would look like ripped, because I’ve just never seen it. Guess I need to switch things up! What are you looking to change to get where you want to be, whether physically or otherwise?
