Forget smelling like the guy in the Old Spice commercials- we all just want to look like him! Although I recently heard that he only does push-ups and sit-ups as his workout, I then read that Isaiah Mustafa has been on a strict regimen designed by Tony Horton of “>P90X fame. Not only is he following the extreme home workout (it is mostly body-weight exercises, so maybe that’s where the sit-ups and push-ups come in), he is also following Tony’s diet advice:
- No alcohol
- No caffeine
- No processed Sugars
- No gluten
- Nothing with a face (aka no meat)
In a Hollywood Reporter interview he explained:
I’ve been doing Tony Horton’s DVD sets for three years. Right now, I’m vegan-cleansing: no processed sugar, no caffeine, no alcohol, no animal products and no gluten. I never knew what gluten was before. Now I know exactly what it is, and it’s everything I want!
I’m sure the diet’s benefits- being ripped and energetic, not to mention rich and famous- are getting him through the cravings.
