Whole Foods Fast Food Night

By: Suzanne Turner|May 17, 2010|Posted in: Shopping

Whole Foods Fast Food NightSometimes you want to cook. Sometimes you don’t! So I know what prepared foods I really like just in case I’ve had a long day. Sushi usually hits the spot, but as a variation, I grab this combo from the Whole Foods cold section: black bean quinoa salad and mango salsa. These are each so delicious and went really well together. Sorry it’s not my own recipe, but for those of you who need a fast AND healthy meal on the way home from work, I thought you might still appreciate it!
